rise up project
The Rise Up Project is my answer to help prevent bullying. I want to increase self-confidence in kids and teens. I believe when you know your worth, you are better able to handle bullying and not let it get to you. At Miss Teen Minnesota International I plan on conducting Self-Confidence Workshops filled with activities to raise their self-esteem, while speaking to them about the reasons why kids bully in the first place, and why some kids let bullying affect them in such negative ways.
